Established in Portugal in 2015 and now based in Monte Estoril, Beyonde Real Estate is the natural evolution of a long-standing real estate journey — from its early years as part of Fastighetsbyrån’s Portuguese branch, to later operating as Jacobsen Properties, and today entering a new chapter as Beyonde Real Estate.
Led by Anna Vilaça and Elin Breithold, who have both been part of the business since its early beginnings, Beyonde specializes in premium properties in Cascais and its surroundings, assisting Swedish and international clients who are looking for more than a house — seeking a new lifestyle in Portugal.

Co-founder of Beyonde Real Estate, a Swedish entrepreneur happily lost (and found) in Portugal, and wouldn't have it any other way.
Determined and full of a uniquely joyful energy and with more than a decade of experience in real estate. I play padel, spar in Muay Thai, and believe that movement, in sport and in life, keeps everything alive.
Together with my Portuguese husband, I’m proudly raising two bright, curious girls who are great teachers of humility, wonder, and, when the music calls, how to dance without shame.
Fueled by a strong preserving female drive and a firm belief that work only truly matters when purpose and pleasure walk hand in hand.

Elin Breithold
Swedish by birth, half Portuguese by stubbornness and mostly affection, I swapped snow for sun and haven’t looked back since.
Mother of a football obsessed boy and a girl with enough energy to power a city, they remind me everyday that life is better when it’s a little noisy.
After more than a decade in real estate helping people chase dreams and turning work into something unexpectedly fun, I’ve realised that organisation isn’t just a skill; it’s my superpower. Above all, I’ve come to see it as a form of care, a quiet way of looking after others.
I’m proudly co-founder of Beyonde, and there’s something deeply joyful about building and shaping a project that genuinely makes sense to me.

Frida Henriksson
Interior designer and stylist collaborating with Beyonde Real Estate, Frida brings a refined Scandinavian sensibility to every space she touches.
A graduate of Arkitektskolen in Copenhagen, Denmark, she combines a deep understanding of classic Nordic design with an instinct for contemporary living. Working professionally with interior design and styling since 2017, her work is defined by balance — where historical details meet modern clarity, and where light, proportion, and materiality are treated with quiet precision.
With a background in psychology, Frida approaches each home as something deeply personal. She believes that a well-designed space should feel like an extension of the people who live in it — thoughtful, functional, and emotionally resonant.
At Beyonde, she helps clients see not only what a property is, but what it can become.

Gustav Edling
Social Media Manager, a Swedish creative and entrepreneur based in Portugal, working at the intersection of storytelling, branding, and digital growth.
With a background in construction management and destination branding, I’m a proud member of the Beyonde-team where my work focuses on telling the Beyonde-story through our digital platforms.
I’m the Portugal-novice of the team, with only three years since moving here together with my girlfriend. Driven by a passion to explore the world and spreading positivity, when I’m not looking through a camera’s lens you’ll find me exploring the beautiful scenery of this country, inline-skating or practicing capoeira on the beach.
Over these past three years Portugal has become home, and few things are more rewarding than helping others discover the places that make it special.
